Recently employed with an awesome local roasting company, Nor'west Coffee Roasters :) Basically just relearning everything about making drinks, learning latte art, and more about the basic science of coffee.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

everywhere...especially Napoli Italia. Most of my family originates there.

About My Company:

I'm still pretty new to it, but I was a customer long before an employee, and even then I was in awe of the operation. I brought friends to marvel at the vast array of coffees and brewing methods, the couple of knowledgeable baristas who worked there and the coffee mad scientist business owner. Now that I work for Nor'west, I'm still in awe, and stoked to be involved in the coffee revolution taking place in the community. Sounds radical...because it is.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

um, coffee...? I've loved coffee since before I could drink it, not sure why. Oh, and getting to see so many people smile every day :D
