I have trained for 1 month in Hong Dae, Seol, South Korea the summer of 2010. I am interested in traveling to one (unfortunately I can only afford one visit at this time) country, city, coffee roaster/shop to train and strengthen my overall barista skills/management skills to become more confident. Domestic or overseas. I just want to meet the best, like Alun Evans.

    About My Company:

My company is consists of myself and my partner who handles more of the business side. We hope to open up an upscale, exclusive coffee shop/espresso bar in a highly concentrated business and residential area.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

Everything and anything about coffee perks up all my six senses! I love the taste, the way it is prepared, the way it is grown and the business side of exporting, to roasting and you name it all. I admire every barista I have met thus far. Everyone has been open, friendly and willing to share with a heart.
