Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
As I am still learning, my skills as a Barista are still quite weak. I am constantly practicing all of the skills that I can, whether at home with as many brew methods as I can get my hands on, or in the shop on the bar.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I am interested in traveling to as many of the coffee producing countries as I can. I would say that the Burundi/Rwanda area would be the place I would most like to go.
About Me:
I am only a fledgling in this giant and overwhelming industry, but I has the will and desire to make it and do what ever it takes to further myself and my knowledge of coffee.
About My Company:
I work in two shops on the west side of Michigan. One of them is on Wealthy st. in Grand Rapids. This shop is named Rowsters; a traditional shop that has only been open for about 2 years. There I am a Barista. The other shop I work at is named Uncommon Grounds(UG), it is located in Saugatuck, Mi. At UG I am learning the roasting trade as well as furthering my knowledge of coffee and Barista skills.
