Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I have been working as a barista for almost 2 years now. It started out working at a high end chocolate shop to further my skills as a pastry artist. It just also happened that they served great espresso as well. At first the coffee was just coffee, but the more and more I worked with it the more I began to love it. I now find myself as a cook in an Italian restaurant doing side work as there head Barista and am currently designing there training program as well as training all the staff.

About Me:
Well I am a 21 year old cook who does sidework as a Barista and as a pastry chef. My final goal is to own my own Gamer Cafe. I want to serve great coffee, great sandwiches/pastries as well as soup. There is a lot more to it than that but I think that is the main jist.
About My Company:
I work for an Italian restaurant as previously stated and we are not really known for having great coffee yet, I am hoping to change that one cup at a time. Don't really want to go into too much detail at this time as to not get myself in trouble with the owner >_< but I will update as things improve.
