Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

For the first good bit, I've been at a 'somewhat' third wave coffee. They use Dillano's coffee, but a tiny space mostly for the business man to run in and grab a coffee. I've just recently switched over to Quills Coffee. I'll be working at their location that roasts, working more with manual drip, and taking time on my lattes in ceramic.

About My Company:

Quills Coffee recently has been voted best coffee shop in Louisville, and it sure is a long time coming. We have three shops throughout the Ville that are unique to their own neighborhood. We specialize in high quality espresso drinks, while introducing manual pour-overs to the customer.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

Constant learning, always questioning.
