I am on a quest to become a latte art gangster. Tuley the Tulip. So in like fashion I am constantly tweaking my ability to pour them. I have been working at Sugar Browns for 1.5 years and only now feel that I am being romanced by coffee. It pervades my thinking and my dreams. My wife asked me what I dreamed about last night. The last thought I could remember was watching espresso drip like honey into the cup. I woke up before I tasted it, but it was god like.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

The Madan Estate (PNG) and Karuya Estate (Kenya). Finca Vista Hermosa (Guat) and Brazil.

I am a 25 year old married guy expecting his first child in may. I am in graduate school for teaching high school english and want to open my own slow bar shop before I'm 30.
