About Me:
My name is Kai-Uwe (formerly a social worker) and I am married with Anja. We have a little girl named Leilani-Anouk who was born Feb. 2007. My english is poor but Anja lived in New York for a couple of years.
About My Company:
We will open our shop in November 2008 in Berlin, Prenzlauer Berg. We are new in the business but we're really a couple of coffee geeks and have trained our skills on a La Marzoccco GB/5 in our home-kitchen for over a year now! We analysed Youtube-Vids hours and hours and finally poured our first rosettas more than a half year later. Now our La Marzocco will finally be moved to our coffee shop and we would like to exchange with other baristas worlwide. We hope to learn something from the exchange barista and we offer more than a beautiful town.
