Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
We are a small shop, using a local micro roaster, looking at roasting our own blends in the near future. We are mainly food focussed, but are trying to encourage our clientele to expand their perception of us and to take advantage of my years of experience in European cafes working with and training under a 3rd place finisher in Germany's barista competition.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

About Me:
I've been in the service industry for a decade, have been passionate about coffee since 2009 when I discovered what coffee can be while living in Hamburg. I'm now the front of house manager and coffee guy at our euro-style deli on Vancouver Island.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
