SCAA Trained, with continuing education at Coffeefest, consistancy in training and train staff at my shops.
About Me:
I have several companies and began a re-development project within a commuinity that is in need of a coffeehouse. After eighteen months researching and creating the business plan, I began extensive training and opended in Febuary of 2008. I'm currently working on roasting profiles and creating brand image. I like the creative process and learning new things. It keeps me young.
