Pretty new to the business, and as a mostly-part-time barista I'm not the most experienced one either. But I have a good time, and I really like good coffee :- )

Kaffitár is a really friendly company in Iceland which seems to me to have improving the coffee culture in Iceland as one of its highest goals. (and it appears that it has been quite successful in its soon 18 years of business)
