I've worked as a barista at four independent shops and one corporate. Although my training is woefully incomplete, I'm always interested in expanding my knowledge and understanding of the art and science of working behind the bar.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Everywhere!
About Me:
In spite of being pulled in very different directions over the past decade (teaching, umpiring professional baseball, guiding for a therapeutic wilderness program), coffee always was, is, and will be my anchor.
