Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I have been trained by the Swiss Latte Art Champion (award 2011) on the new Dalla Corte Machine that we use at the unternehmen mitte, the largest coffee house of Basel, making ground on demand Max Havellaar certified coffee (Espresso and Creme) that was roasted especially for the unternehmen mitte at Roastery Rast, the best roastery of Switzerland (award 2010).
