About Me:
I am an older barista who has just started in this exciting business after 8 years working baking bread at a local bread store. I manage a wonderful coffee retail shop that is owned by two gentlemen and we roast our own coffee for the two stores that we have now opened. the plan is to open more stores in the upcoming years.
