Hello, I am originally from Seattle, Wa. I worked for two years for Batdorf and Bronson in Olympia, Wa, where I learned all I know about coffee. I worked both as a barista at their coffee house and as a barista at their tasting room inside their roastery. I now work at Satsuma in the Bywater.
