Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I've worked in various coffee shops across WNC off and on for the last five years. I've been everything from manager to barista and have competed at a regional ('10) and national ('06) level as well as attended a handful of coffee seminars and workshops. I've also been a volunteer at the World Competition in '09 and am slowly approaching a competent level of latte art craftsmanship.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Anywhere in California, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Peru, and Italy.

Waking Life Espresso is, without a doubt, the best coffee shop in Asheville. This is an opinion I held before I began working here and while I was manager at another establishment. The resident coffee geek and owner, Jared, ensures quality level is the highest with every coffee that comes in which shows in the end product we serve.
