Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
Have roasted beans at home for several years. Started with the Starbucks Barista espresso machine and now have a Quick Mill espresso machine that I love. Working now on perfecting latte art.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Europe especially Germany and Italy
About Me:
I like coffee, what else need I say? Also, I am an engineer and run a small software company in Bellevue. My wife and I have three kids and have friends over most Saturdays for espresso and fun. We call my home baristo [sic] Robusto's, because we like our espresso strong!
About My Company:
Tecplot, Inc. is a software development company serving engineers and scientists by helping them extract information from large sets of data. Boeing is one of our best customers.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The smell of fresh roasted beans.
