My wife Nicky and I just completed our ABC barista and coffee shop training last week. It was a wonderful experience! We'll be practicing our skills at home as best we can until we open in a few months.
About Me:
I retired from the Air Force in 1997 and have been in the IT industry since then, mostly working in the financial services and healthcare industries. While in the Air Force, i lived in Europe for six years and have often traveled to Italy. This is where i developed my love for coffee and the coffee shop environment.
About My Company:
We are planning on opening the doors to our first location in summer 2010 in Nolensville, TN. The name of our company is Third Place Cafe.
