Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
We are a bohemian music, arts and community oriented cafe. We have our own blend of coffee that is boutique roasted for us called Jumping Llama Blend. This is a South American Rainforest Alliance Certified Coffee. We are mainly a late night cafe that caters to the intelligentsia of Western Sydney and those brave enough to leave their own suburbs. We have been blessed with two Synessos that we often invite local baristas to come and have a play with since we feel we can't keep such prized gifts to ourselves. One of the Synessos resides in a coffee van. We have a passion for excellent coffee, love to train others, and always hang out for the smile on a customers face when they drink the Llama.

Seattle, Chicago, Nairobi, Tanzania, Hungary, Sweden.
About Me:
I dreamt of openning a cafe for ten years before creating Mars Hill cafe with a group of friends, my wife and two kids. It is now our life and we love it. I studied theology and don't have much appreciation for the intitutional church. I have begun judging at Australian Barista Championships as well as Australian Latte Art Compatitions. I have my AASCA Accreditation for Judging and both my 15yr old son and I have our TAFE certificate in prepare and serve espresso. I am a productivity hobbiest, casual musician and avid coffee drinker.
About My Company:
Mars Hill cafe has been going for 7yrs. We use an ethical coffee, Jumping Llama Blend. We are a live music venue, Art Gallery and community meeting space. We are launching an espresso van soon and hope to take over the world very soon.
