Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I'm able to dial in the grind and pull a great shot. This is important to me because I want to honor all the hard work and sacrifice that has gone in to grow, harvest, dry, ship and roast the bean. I steam the milk to build micro-foam and draw out the natural sweetness of the milk. I'm growing in my latte art skills, but I'm good enough to impress our customers. I love helping people understand how to pull a great shot, steam great milk and impress their customers. I'm also an artisan coffee roaster that wants to bring the best out of every bean I roast. I can maintain and repair just about any machine I've come across. I also have all the customer service, office and management skills needed to run a business.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Toulouse France!!! My heart has been captured by the people there and I'm currently working on opening a coffee shop there.
