About Me:
I owned a shop in a small town for 7 years. Prior home roasting led me to roast my own coffee. I trained several roasters over the years, and supplied roasted coffee to a few local restaurants and groceries. I was always pleasantly surprised by the coffee knowledge and love of the public, even in a very small hick town. I loved this business from beginning to end.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
Good black coffee.
