In lease negotiation for a new development. Hope to be open December 2008. Need all the input I can stand. I have done tons of research but speakingwith people to verfiy my work is great. Plan to have in house roasting within the cafe.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Locally in the state of Virginia, DC , North Carolina Will probably send my husband to Idaho for Roaster training, he has traveled to Atlanta for Coffee Fest
