I own more of a Bakery Cafe and I am interested in learning more about coffee, lattes, espressos etc.
About Me:
I am a self taught pastry and bread baker. I love to create things and my husband and I own a bakery cafe.
About My Company:
We are predominately a bread bakery, but we also make pastries, sandwiches, salads and soups. We have coffee, but I would love to offer more to the community, but I am not certain what I need or have space for, so I am looking to educate myself more about the industry.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
I just love the idea of sitting in a shop and having a good cup of coffee and a pastry, it is one of the best simply pleasures.
