I've been a coffee roaster for a long, long time. I have been a pretty dog-gone good barista for about 5 years.

About My Company:

Sequoia Coffee Roasting Company, LLC opened its online store in late 2007. We are seeking to open our first location within the next few months in order to bring true espresso culture to the Clovis & Fresno, CA area. There have been a few 'mom & pop' coffee roasting shops - but they haven't lasted. Yet there are more than 40 Starbucks in the area that are surviving. There's GOT to be a way to improve on the true coffee house / espresso culture beyond what Starbucks has done so successfully. I believe they can peacefully and successfully coexist.
