I have trained as a barista through the Speciality Coffee Asso. obtain certification. Have owned my own retail shop for 8 years then added in a coffee cafe for the last 3 years. Iam currently consulting with new coffee shop owners in all areas of business. We carried 24 flavors of homemade Ice cream as well as baked goods.
