My Cafe present standart making espresso reference to american style, We never totaly focus to learn about coffe so we just can make and serve it without we know about why we must serve like that

I'm starting to interest with coffe about past 2 years, Firstly i just learn about how to make espresso and mixing the coffe. Next step i want to learn another thing about coffe such like coffe bean, roasting, machine and philosophy of coffe theirself.
