I work in a third wave coffe shop (Yellow cafe) and we love research. We also roast our own coffee (Redd coffee).
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Panama, Japan, US, England.
About Me:
30y.o. but been in the business since my childhood, since my uncle is a businessman in coffeshops.
About My Company:
We roast specialty coffees. We supply only to coffeeshops that want to educate them and except working in our coffeeshop, we are giving retail to homebaristas.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
endless possibilities, many thing to be done yet.
