Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I am a barista at a Coffee Lab/bar in the middle of Copenhagen, it is both a shop and a bar where the focal point is a good cup of coffee, roasted and brewed to perfection at various ways to highlight each terroir and the unique tastes. Brewing and experiments are done foremost on different black coffees , but we serve of course espresso as well.
About Me:
I have been working on and off as a barista and recently started on the lab/bar "Kent Kaffe Laboratorium" in the center of Copenhagen as a spare-time job. I am studying Public administration and Global Studies at Roskilde University.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The joyment of a satisfied coffee guest :)
