Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I started working at a coffee shop called The Sweet Bean, located in Temecula. Great little shop, but I grew out of it after about 2 years. I found Cafe Bravo, also in Temecula CA. I saw a passion and excitement for coffee that I've never seen before. I asked for a job, got a job, and grew from there. I feel my barista skills are pretty top notch but can always get better. I am proficient in texturing milk, pulling a great shot, and latte art.

About Me:
I have been married for five years, no kids yet, but hopefully soon. I have a MBA in Sports Management, but have yet to use it. My love for the coffee industry has overtaken my education. I desire to help people, to own my own shop, and to compete in the SCAA Regional Barista Competition.
About My Company:
Cafe Bravo has been in the Temecula/Murrieta area for about 8 years. Currently the retail shop is in Old Town Temecula, and the roasterie is in Murrieta. We specialize in fresh roasted coffee, syrups, powders, and barista training.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
