I've been part of three cafe's from birth to current existence. I've been lucky to pour a few different espresso blends and am on a quest to perfect as many as possible.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

South America, Africa, Scandinavia

About Me:

I'm a musician and biker by heart and addiction. I like beer..... a lot... Imperial IPA's and Stouts have been my weakness. I like coffee... a lot. I think my favorite area to get coffee from has been from East Africa. The buttery and nutty flavors from Rwanda seem to be what I've been into the most. Incidentally, but my most desired music has hailed from that area as well.

About My Company:

I work for Aster Coffee Lounge in Ballard USA. It's awesome. Right now we are serving the dark chocolaty/nutty Black Cat blend from Intelligensia and killer S/O's from NOVO out of Denver.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

First the smell.. followed by a premonition of flavors. The first sip biting my lip and slithering down my tongue as that not so distant smell creeps out my nose. And the satisfaction of having done it to myself and having given someone else the pleasure. Indulgence. The chase... for that next greatest coffee experience.
