What is your position in the coffee industry?

    barista, barista trainer, coffee enthusiast

Where are you located? ( City and Country )

    Puyallup, USA

How many years have you been in the industry?

    3

If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?

    maybe

Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I was a barista for about a year at a local coffee shop where I am from and yes, I wore the green apron for several months as well. I enjoyed being behind the bar and mostly just loved getting to know the people that came into our shops everyday. I am still learning a lot about coffee, especially now that I am a part of a local micro-roaster, but am willing to learn anything thrown this way.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

I have dreams to be a jet setter someday. I would love to see Brazil, France, Greece, Italy, and so many other places. I love culture and just seeing how everyone from around the world lives life itself. There is so much art all around us to enjoy from every country and I want to see it all.

    About Me:

Just a coffee enthusiast wanting to learn more about the industry. I was a barista in college for a bit and now work for a local roaster in the sales department. Like I said above, I am honestly new to learning about coffee and am basically a cup to be filled. Other things I enjoy include are theatre and musical performance as well as travel. I consider myself to be pretty outgoing and open minded and hope to just learn everything I can out of life.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

How it brings people together...there is always something to learn from everyone who has a hand in coffee from the farmers to the consumers.
