About Me:

Well lets see I'm a journalism major at Tennessee Tech about to start my last year. I've been a Barista for over two years at a local coffee shop, i enjoy just about every aspect there is of coffee, from pulling shots and making drinks, to getting to know the customers. I wish i knew more about the roasting and that side of the espresso i know there is a lot to know and i would love to learn more about it as a whole.

About My Company:

I work at a drive thru coffee shop called, The Daily Grind. Besides the fact that its not a sit down coffee shop it is a local favorite and has the best coffee as far as many people are concerned.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

the people i think, from workers to customers, i've got to meet many cool, down to earth people and its great.
