Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I am currently working in an up and coming coffee shop called Crazy Goat Coffee in Gahanna, Ohio. In the earliest stages of the goat, we had a rep from Intelligentsia come out and train us for 8 hours on our beautiful Semi-Automatic La Marzocco. I can make a mean Rosetta. I am forever searching for the ability to create 3 Rosettas in one of my lattes.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Portland OR, Seattle WA, Vancouver, Italy, Barcelona, France, everywhere in Europe.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
I love that there are some coffee shops I've been to that really try to retain the artistry of real coffee. So many people have never had a good cup of coffee, much less a good shot of espresso. It's quite the honor to be a part of the small number of baristas who are in movement to change that.
