Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
Our coffeeshop and roastery is a small, Mom and Pop shop that has grown to three locations. Over the past four years I've grown my skills as a barista and trainer and look forward to expanding my knowledge on coffee.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I have family in Zimbabwe and South Africa so I'm interested in African countries as well as American and European countries, especially France, Italy and Greece.
About Me:
I have an MA in Political Science, but my passion is coffee. I love to teach and coffee and education have been the focus of my career in the past few years.
About My Company:
Discovery Coffee is only 10 years old, but that makes it one of the first third wave coffee shops in Victoria, BC. It has a simple, humble feel which pairs well with an exquisite taste experience.
