4 years barista: 1 in Paris (Loustic), 1 in Tokyo and 2 years in Bordeaux (Sip Coffee Bar)
About Me:
Hey guys! After being 4 years a (travelling) barista, I'm now a consultant for a coffee sourcing company, Belco, based in the south west of France. In duo with the coffee sellers, I'm helping our customers to be perfectly equiped and trained for brewing, organise workshop and create a nice retail place.
About My Company:
Belco is a green bean coffee sourcing company based in Bordeaux, France. 87% of the coffee we represent are sourced and imported by ourselves, entirely independently.
