I'm new to the coffee industry and excited to learn more about it. I'm experienced with pour-over using the Hario V60 and I've recently been experimenting with latte art. I work at Arcadia Cafe, a locally owned coffee shop/bakery. Our coffee is roasted in the shop and it's by far the best in town. I love it!
