I am a freshly minted barista (about 3 months now), and I am finding that I really love the job! I have never worked in coffee before, but had learned a lot beforehand from my fiance (and fellow barista).
About Me:
I like double entendres about cookies, cupcakes and regular cakes. I like to read about far away places and even close ones.
When I'm trying to relax, I build a blanket fort with my kitties and pretend I'm an evil scientist.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
Remembering what people's favorite drinks are, what their preferences may be, and seeing their faces light up when you remember the next time they come in.
