Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I work as a barista and Coffee Educator for two shops. I do the training on both the espresso and filter coffees, as well as service our machines (espresso machines, grinders, etc.).
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Pretty much anywhere. I have travelled much already, and feel comfortable in any environment.
About Me:
I am 19 years old, currently enrolled in Oberlin College with a major in Religious Studies. I plan to either pursue a graduate study in religion, or push for a career in the coffee industry.
About My Company:
We are a company comprised of two shops, Slow Train Cafe and The Local Coffee & Tea. We serve the town of Oberlin, and are constantly thinking of ways to enhance our coffee experience as well as increase efficiency.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
That it is always changing and growing. It is one of the few industries that will never be boring.
