About Me:
I am the Managing Director of a roasting company. For 8 years we owned and operated a coffee cart at the local university that used 80 kg per 5 day week. We supply a specialty grade product to cafes and restaurants throughout Queensland in Australia.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
Drinking coffee, making new blends, and generating new business.
