About Me:
I have been managing for almost 9 years. I am brand new to coffee roasting and extremely excited to learn all and everything relating.
About My Company:
Fresh Foods Cafe will open mid October here in beautiful downtown Long Beach, Ca. We specialize in gourmet coffee, sandwiches, soups, salads, etc. We will eventually sell to fellow coffee shops/restaurants. We are located near the Catalina Express doc off Golden Shore.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
Tasting and learning new things.
