I have been making espresso drinks for 25 years, and making them well, but I am fairly new to third wave. I had some training about a year ago and was really enjoying it. I am about to open a coffeehouse for the second time in my life, and am looking forward to refining my skills...

(will post later)Bittersweet is a chocolate cafe serving locally roasted coffee and espresso drinks. We are a small cafe on College Avenue, which is a largely commercial strip running from UC Berkeley to the Rockridge district of Oakland. We bake all our unique pastries and desserts in house and sell a variety of artisanal and local chocolate bars.
