Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I really love my cafe and the direction it is headed. We have been open for just over 2 years and I have been with the company for 1. Over the past year I have learned a lot about the specialty coffee world (we'll just say the previous 3 years in coffee were not the highest quality). I would really like to start getting into competition. I am not quite there but hopefully soon. Wish me luck!
