Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I have worked as a barista part time during high school/university and full time during the holidays since about 1999. My interest in coffee has opened up a lot of doors for me; I have supplemented my barista career with barista comp judging, barista competitor training, helping to set up a retail store, moderating coffeegeek.com, involvement in the Australasian Specialty Coffee Ass'n and getting various products imported into Australia. It has certainly kept me interested! My strengths are probably my palate (2nd in last year's cupping comp) and my general coffee knowledge.
