Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
"The Black Sheep Lounge" is a café in downtown Welland. We use freshly roasted coffee from a roaster friend who buys directly from farms. We just opened this month of 2015. We love coffee and we are incredibly excited in trying different methods and varieties.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Ethiopia, Costa Rica, Nicaragua etc.

I am 21 years old, born and raised in Niagara Falls, Canada. I grew up with a passion for coffee in a very Italian house hold. From birth I drank milk, then water, then espresso! Love everything that has to do with new techniques, sustainability, new varieties and so on..
