Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
Currently I work at Peet's (I know, it's a chain, but I like working there.) coffee & tea located at the District in tustin. I started working there when the place opened, about two years back, and since then I have been promoted to "Barista expert" which is more of a merit badge than a job title, but it does make the new kids look up to me, which keeps my standards high.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I would love to travel almost anywhere, if I could get the time off...
About Me:
I am a peet's barista, currently living in orange, my favorite coffees an indo-pacifics, and my hobbies include reading, playing games; video or otherwise, and building with Legos.
About My Company:
Peet's is a really good company to work for IMO, I've learned a lot about coffee in general, and a bit about the fine art of drink-making. My store in particular is full of interesting people, most of whom share a love for quality coffee.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
the artisanship of fine espresso-drink making.
