I own a cafe/coffee shop in Brevard, North Carolina. It is the largest coffee shop in our town, but our primary revenue comes from food. I would like to get my staff more focused on the quality of coffee drinks we serve.
About Me:
I worked in corporate America for 25 years before "retiring" to Brevard North Carolina. I built a large coffee shop 6 years ago, and it has fulfilled my vision as the "place to meet" in Brevard.
About My Company:
Quotations Coffee Cafe is considered the "place to meet" in our small town of Brevard, North Carolina (7500 people). The majority of my revenue comes from our food sales (breakfast, lunch & early dinners). I recently took on a business partner with a culinary arts degree, who focuses on the food side of the business.
