i've been a barista for 10 years. During that time, i've learned a lot about the industry, as well as myself as a barista. I've come to perfect both my skill and technique and have grown with the industry.

i am : a socialist, a college graduate with a double bachelors, a spanish citizen, an american citizen, a world traveler, a taskmaster, and tons of fun to work with...and be around.
About My Company:
my coffee shop, the ugly mug cafe (of ypsilanti) has been around since 2004 and is probably one of the most easy going, down to earth, goal oriented and innovative, cafes in the area. we rock, we roll, and we serve a mean cup. our baristas pride themselves on their bar abilities and knowledge about coffee and the industry -- which makes for an interesting (and often enlightening) time any given time or day of the week.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
