We are an independently-owned/operated mobile coffee company, operating two trucks in New York City. We were more or less the first show on the road (pun intended), in an industry that has now absolutely exploded.
About Me:
Manager-in-motion: I'm on the trucks, I do the training, I make the schedule, I field the phone calls (oh my god, do I field the phone calls). I'll be the one schooling you on all aspects of our company.
About My Company:
Being a mobile unit, it's required that all baristas come equipped with a Mobile Food Vending License. This is probably the most trying part of the whole process, but a necessary one. Once licensed, though, there are a great deal of opportunities to share the Mud - we have two daily outposts, as well as myriad opportunities for catering (i.e. film sets and other special events).
