I am currently a brew tech at Thirty-Thirty Coffee Co. and it's a lot of fun. It's a joy to learn more each day about an industry that has truly incomprehensible depth.

I go to school. And I work in coffee. I prefer the latter. I work at Thirty-Thirty Coffee Co. in Peoria, Illinois and could not be happier there. That shop is seriously outstanding and is well worth looking into.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
It's a beautiful craft - a science.
