I not sure what i can offer, being so new to the industry. I was hoping mostly to learn, and exchange ideas and experimentations.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

there aren't many places i don't want to travel to. I just got back from Hong Kong, and my boyfriend is continued on from there to travel around the world while i stay at home and work at the coffee shop.

About Me:

I'm 25, and am the operations manager at Fins Coffee in Santa Cruz, CA. I adore food, books, movies, and walking with my dogs in the Poganip. You can usually find me at work, chatting away happily with a customer while making a drink.

About My Company:

Fins Coffee is on the corner of Ocean and Hubbard Street in Santa Cruz, Ca. We were formerly an independent gas station, at which I worked for 3 years prior to the beginning of the coffee shop project. This project has been very interesting. It took us a total of two years to close down the gas station and reopen as a coffee shop. Almost everyday its seems as though there are new challenges to overcome, and so much more that could be done or explored. At the end of the day, I really just want to know that I helped create a warm friendly environment, and served something yummy.
