We are a brother and sister team who are obsessed with all things of great taste. What started has a hole in the wall and one cashier... now has a staff of 12 with 3 full-time baristas. I've gone from lead barista to manager to now trainer. And continue to grow - which is imperitive for our shop to continue growing.

What started out as a part-time job has become a life path. I'm mother/wife/business-woman/BARISTA and love it!!!
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
there's no perfection - only the pursuit of it. How can one ever get bored!!!
